Functionnality

Color coding permit the user to toggle a color code which can be customised further.

By default, color coding is disabled.

Type of cells can vary greatly between connectors, if you aren't sure of what each color mean you can go in the settings tab and color coding section where you can see and even customize yourself the color of each type of cell either by RGB color code or with the integrated color picker.

In some case you can also customize the colors of the text.

Color coding improve the readability of a grid.

Color Details

Blank

  • Indicates an empty cell with no data entered or available.
  • It can also signify that no specific configuration has been defined for this cell.

Editable

  • Represents a cell where the user can input or modify data.
  • The associated permissions allow editing in these cells.

No Access

  • Indicates that the user does not have the necessary rights to view or modify the data in this cell.
  • These cells are locked and remain inaccessible.

Read Only

  • Represents a cell that is accessible in read-only mode.
  • Users can view the data, but no modifications are allowed.

Error

  • Indicates an error in the cell, which may be caused by incorrect input, a violated business rule, or a connection issue.
  • Users must resolve the error to validate the data or proceed further.

Member Colour

  • Indicates a cell corresponding to a specific member or dimension.

Support Details

  • Refers to a cell containing additional information or support details related to a member or an action.
  • Cells of this color are used to guide the user or provide important metadata.
