Submit with long cell

Allow cells with more than 255 characters.

Functionnality

By default, you cannot have more than 255 characters on Planning and PBCS connectors, and if you attempt to submit with cell exceeding this number, it will fail and you get an error message.

However, with this extension activated you will be able to submit it.

This will result by cell being sent as the last known version and not being pushed over the limit.
